MISSION
The Friends of Graded Foundation was created in 1968 as a 501c3 (nonprofit US organization).
The Friends of Graded Foundation is recognized by the US Internal Revenue Service as a not-for-profit/501(c)(3) organization (US tax ID is 23-7032466) and provides US tax benefits. The Foundation’s board of directors has complete control and discretion over the use of all contributions and has the right to redirect contributions in the event it determines that to be warranted.
OBJECTIVES
To provide funding for academic programs, fine arts exhibits and performances, athletic programs, scholarship student support, faculty professional development, campus beautification, and facility renovation.

In 2019, the organization underwent its most recent name change from its former title The São Paulo Education Foundation to The Friends of Graded Foundation.
